The Company shall only provide a full refund to the Applicant if either of the following two conditions is met: first, the Government of Canada refuses to process the Applicant's visa application (excluding visa refusal decisions); second, the passport held by the Applicant does not meet the requirements for the applicable Canadian visa category. By using the services on the Company's website, the Applicant (including the Applicant's agents, employees, and shareholders) agrees to waive the right to initiate legal proceedings in the event of any issues arising from the misuse or abuse of this website. All refund requests must be submitted through the Company's official website, and the refund amount will be credited back to the Applicant's credit card account within one week, with the corresponding transaction reversed.
Terms and Conditions
The Company is a travel agency providing Canadian visa application assistance. The final decision on whether a visa is approved rests with the Canadian Visa Consulate. If the Canadian Visa Consulate refuses to issue a visa, the Applicant is obligated to submit additional supplementary documents and agrees that the visa fee will not be refunded. Under normal circumstances, a standard ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) visa is approved within 24 hours, and an expedited ETA visa is approved within 1 hour. Please note that the Canadian Visa Consulate may conduct random checks to verify whether the application documents provided by the Applicant meet the visa requirements. This may result in a delay in the approval time of the Canadian visa. The Applicant understands that the final visa approval time is determined by the Consulate; the Company shall bear no responsibility for such delays, and the Applicant agrees that the visa fee will not be refunded.
An ETA is a visa for visiting Canada for tourism or business purposes. The ETA is valid for up to 5 years or until the expiration date of the passport, whichever comes first. It is important to note that the Applicant's passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure. The ETA visa is not applicable to applicants holding a Hong Kong Identity Certificate (DI), a People's Republic of China (PRC) passport, a Macao Special Administrative Region passport, or passports from other countries that are ineligible for ETA applications. For applicants holding such ineligible documents, they may apply for a VISITOR-BUSINESS category visa, with a visa fee of HK$3,800. When the Applicant provides sufficient application documents, the processing time for this visa is at least 2 weeks. Additionally, the Canadian Consulate requires that the approved VISITOR-BUSINESS category visa must be affixed as a physical sticker to the Applicant's document. Therefore, the Applicant must leave their document at the visa center for a minimum of 5 working days.
The Canadian Consulate fee for an ETA is CAD 7 (approximately HK$50). The Company's service fees are as follows: HK$600 for the standard 24-hour visa service (with a visa processing time of 24 hours) and HK$800 for the 1-hour expedited visa service (with a visa processing time of 1 hour). The Applicant clearly understands and agrees that neither the visa fee nor the Company's service fee is refundable.

During the application process on our company’s visa application website, applicants may be required to enter personal information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card details, passport number, or other relevant details, which are used for visa application purposes. When do we collect personal information? We collect your personal information when you complete the Canadian visa application form through our company’s website. How do we use your personal information? Disabling cookies may prevent some features from functioning properly, but you can still complete the visa application on the website. Third-party disclosure: We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties unless we have notified you in advance and obtained your consent, though this exclusion does not apply to parties outside our company’s control (such as website hosting partners and service providers who assist us in operating the website), even though these partners agree to keep applicants’ information confidential and comply with relevant laws. Personal Information (Nexus Travel Company Limited): Nexus Travel Company Limited does not collect any personal information that is not provided voluntarily; we automatically collect basic technical information such as IP address, server information, browser type, and operating system, and we automatically save the submitted personal information to a database that stores the customer’s name and passport details—this information is used exclusively for visa-related purposes and will not be used for any other reasons.
